What is is an e-commerce concept bringing together buyers & sellers looking to share a beautiful experience. The online platform is designed to help artisans and designers based in the UAE and the rest of the Middle East countries, promote their creations online. Offering a wide range of products within various categories, Zee ateliers hopes to tailor for those who enjoy unique handmade items!

Who Can use

At the moment is offering services within the Middle East.


Sellers located in the UAE or the rest of the Middle East are welcome to use the platform once they have been approved.

Buyers based in UAE are welcome to make a purchase. In case a buyer is residing outside the UAE, they can send us an email on


If you are under 18 years old, you should only use the website if supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

How does work?

You are a seller


And you are interested in joining us, please write to us on


We will ask you to provide a brief description about  you and your creations (including sample pictures). Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification via email including information about the process and our fees.

You will receive a template that you need to populate with details about the items you wish to display on the website (e.g.: Item name, description, short description, color, size, and of course the price!).  You will also need to provide high resolution pictures of your items suitable for web. We recommend that you provide 3 pictures per item.


Don't worry we will upload all your items on the website for you!


Once your product is live on the website and you receive an order, you will be alerted via email notification.


You are requested to prepare the item for shipment. You will need to pack the product in a way that ensures it remains intact during shipping and represents the “image” you wish to convey to your Buyer. As an extra precaution, it is a good idea to double-pack your product (using bubble-wrap or other protective packing materials) to ensure it can withstand extreme shipping conditions.


You are requested to prepare the AWB (Air waybill), include your address (Shipper) and the address of the receiver (Consignee). Please make sure to enter all details accurately. An extra charge will be applied in case of incorrect consignee information (address, CID, name and shipment).


We will notify the designated courier company to collect the item from your address. The courier company should contact you within 24 hours of your order confirmation. If this does not occur please contact the courier immediately to make arrangements.


Please note you are responsible for insuring the items you are shipping via courier. Insuring valuable shipments and disclosing the proper value of shipments for customs and other statutory requirements is the sole liability of the seller. Any loss will be the liability of the seller. 


Fees for listings and transactions will be accrued on monthly basis. At the end of each month, we add up all your fees, and we email your monthly statement to you. You must pay your bill by the 15th of the following month.

You are a Buyer


You are welcome to visit and browse Zeeateliers. com as a guest. However, to make a purchase you must register as a member to complete your purchaseCreate an account for free!


On the home page, you can browse the different items under different categories. Simply click on the category of your interest and drop down menu with more subcategories will be displayed. 


Something catches your eye? click on the photo for more details and additional photos. Click on the main photo to zoom and scroll through them.


You like it so much, you decide to buy it! click on the "ADD to CART" button and you will directed to the Shopping Cart page. If you want to keep filling your Cart, click the 'Continue Shopping" button to return to the browsing pages. 


To review the items in your cart, click on "Shopping Cart" button, a drop down menu with the recently added item(s) will appear. You can view your cart by clicking on the view cart link on the bottom right side of the drop down menu. To proceed to checkout, just press "Checkout".


When you have finished shopping, 

Enter your destination to receive a shipping estimate. 

Enter a discount code if you have one.

Click on "Proceed with PayPal" or "Proceed to checkout" button.


 You will be directed to the Checkout page, Enter your Billing Information, choose your shipping and payment method, review your order and click on "Place an Order".


 When an item is purchased, you are placing the order with us. receives the order and collects the payment on behalf of the seller. We will send both the buyer and seller notification emails containing the details they will need to complete a transaction - the buyer receives confirmation of the order and payment and the seller receives the delivery address so they can dispatch the item directly to the buyer.
