Orders and Returns
If you’re not absolutely in love with your purchase then by all means send it back for a return within 5 days of delivery. You simply need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +971 55 4295656 to initiate the return.
Our return system is super easy and is free of charge. After you contact us, our courier will collect the item(s) and a refund will be issued in your favor. In case of a refund of a purchase paid for with a credit card, 5% of the purchase amount would be deducted as bank charges.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
For local shipments: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, including for those shipments refused at delivery. Refund will be issued for the original amount paid on the returned item(s), excluding the shipping cost & any bank charges in the case where the item(s) was paid for with a credit card (approx 5% of the item's value).
Outside the U.A.E: The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, including for those shipments refused at delivery.
All items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached. Where provided, packaging such as authenticity cards and dust bags should be included with your items. Unfortunately we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet these criteria or are non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse, at our own discretion, an exchange if we feel that the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage whereby the item will be sent back to the customer.
Non-Exchangeable Items are:
- Used, damaged or tagless items
- All accessory items
